Step Up has renewed its external quality management accreditation. We are committed to providing an excellent service, and to putting improvement at the heart of our development strategy. As such, it’s great news that the auditor agreed with us!
Last year, we brought on a dedicated Quality Manager, Jack, to oversee our improvement activities. Our company continues to grow, and we are delighted to have him on board.
Of the QMS Audit, Jack said “This is testament to the hard work of all our staff, from the Support Workers who offered us feedback at Team Meetings, to our Area Service Manager who has been developing new, innovative ways of working on an ongoing basis. We all work together to achieve our goals, and ultimately to ensure that the people that we support receive the very best service possible.”
