A typical full-time support worker will work 5 days a week and have 2 days off, based on a rota. As we support our service users 24/7, the shifts are variable and therefore you would work a mixture of day and back shifts.
For example, one example of what a working week could look like:
- Monday: 0800 – 1700 hrs
- Tuesday : 0830 – 1630 hrs
- Wednesday: 1500 – 2300 hrs
- Thursday : Off
- Friday: Off
- Saturday: 1600 – 2200 hrs
- Sunday: 0700 – 1400 hrs
