We are Step Up Support! We help to empower people through providing Housing, Employability, and Community Support Services. We work round the clock to support our service users and create long-term plans to help them reach positive outcomes.
Our work relies on having dedicated individuals who are committed to improving the lives of the people they help. Our mission is to create opportunities and provide reliable support for the people who use our services, having a strong team of staff helps us to achieve this.

What We Do
By working with Step Up you will be central to supporting young people into independent living. Our fully bespoke, person-centred care packages include caring for people in the community. As a support worker you will be assisting with medication support, personal care, social support and helping our supported individuals to develop their life skills.
The support that you will help us to provide will improve our young people’s life chances, their living environment, and their wellbeing, helping them to thrive.

Professional development is at the forefront of our employee mission statement. As a member of the team you will receive:
- In depth induction programme tailored to your job role
- Be given opportunities to shadow fellow colleagues to see how the role is done in practice
- Upon joining the team you will be given mandatory training, equipping you with the skills and knowledge you need to get accustomed to the Step Up way of working.
- You will receive regular Support and Supervision sessions with their line manager.
- Career development opportunities once completed probation – SQV qualification funded by the Company if meet the eligibility criteria
- Every staff required to do at least 6 training sessions a year.
Career path offered – Support Assistant, Support Worker, Team Co-ordinator, Senior Support Worker and Team Leader.
