We are always looking for individuals who share our company values and have similar aspirations to our own. Our values reflect the type of approach we take to our care services, where we put the people that support at the centre of everything we do. We have 5 core values that we expect our staff to uphold and personify within their role.

We value honest and trustworthy individuals, being part of the Step Up team can have its challenges, and we need to be able to trust our staff to handle the situation as best they can while representing our organisation. We love “real” people, the type who can bring their own experiences and talents to the job. We have a team that are always looking to the future and for ways to improve, and our staff as integral to shaping this.

Every member of staff has a certain level of responsibility, we trust that they will carry out their duties independently and uphold our values.
