We’re continuing to welcome new members to the Step Up Team.
Step Up would like to extend a warm welcome to our latest recruit, Gary, who joined our growing team in June!
Lockdown and social distancing measures has meant that we have had to get a little bit more inventive with our recruitment process. As such we have made a pivot to delivering a completely digital application, assessment, and interview process. This has allowed us to continue to recruit new support workers and staff throughout lockdown.
Like all our team members that are involved in supporting our young people, our newest recruits have had to adapt their duties to ensure that national social distancing guidelines are adhered to. We are continuing to work hard to ensure that we deliver the highest standard of care for our young people at this time.
