A hard day’s work deserves a fair day’s pay. Step Up is a proud believer in paying all its staff at least the living wage to ensure that their work is properly rewarded.
This is why we have been accredited by Living Wage Scotland for three years this January. Support Workers provide a vital and necessary service in the community and deserve to be paid a very good wage. Step Up will be renewing its accreditation for this year, and we promise to continue to work towards building a fairer society.
