Welcome Glenn Barclay to the Step Up team!
Glenn joined Step Up in July 2022 as the Quality Manager.
Prior to joining Step Up Glenn enjoyed a 30-year career in Retail and Distribution working his way through various roles to finishing as a Regional Loss Prevention Manager.
Glenn is excited to transition over to the Health and Social Care sector and likes that Step Up delivers support for the local communities.
Glenn has qualifications in Quality Management and Auditing with the Chartered Quality Institute and IRCA. These enable Glenn to manage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a world class service through Quality Management.
Glenn likes to keep fit and healthy through healthy eating and through various sporting pursuits with an active interest in outdoor pursuits.
