Care Inspectorate Review Recognises Good Performance & Quality of Step Up’s Services
Our most recent Care Inspectorate review, completed on the 12th of August 2021, was a great success.
For all areas inspected, we are delighted to share that Step Up received a Grade 5 across the board.
This is especially rewarding to hear after navigating the COVID-19 pandemic, and the restrictions it has put on us all. Our team has worked hard to ensure the highest possible quality of care has been maintained throughout these times, which we are glad to see shine through this recent report…
“We found from reading support planning records for individuals being supported that they included specific actions required to help individuals achieve their desired outcomes. People we spoke with told us that they were involved in identifying the support they wanted in order to meet the goals they had identified.”
“Although this inspection was carried out during a global pandemic, we found that people had confidence in the support they received as staff had received the necessary guidance and training they needed in relation to working during the pandemic”.
