Step Up Says “Thank You” on National Employee Appreciation Day!
Today, Friday 1st March 2024, Step Up is taking part in National Employee Appreciation Day, a day dedicated to celebrating staff and their hard work.
This year, to demonstrate our appreciation for our amazing team, we are thrilled to announce a brand-new initiative: additional birthday leave! Every Step Up employee will receive an additional 4 hours of paid time off to use around their birthday. This allows staff to celebrate with loved ones, prioritise self-care, or simply recharge and refresh.
This initiative is just one way in which we aim to foster a culture of appreciation for our team. On National Employee Appreciation Day we want to acknowledge the dedication, kindness, and efforts that our staff bring to their roles every single day. Our team play a crucial role in empowering young people across Forth Valley to gain the skills and confidence they need to live independently.
