What are annualised hours?
Annualised hours mean that the number of hours you work from week to week can vary but we pay you the same amount every month.
This gives you the financial security of being paid the same salary each month, regardless of the number of hours you have worked.
Total annual hours for a Support Worker at Step Up are 1725 (excluding holiday hours) equating to 37.5 hours per week.
It’s up to us as a Company to ensure that you’ve worked the same number of hours that you’ve been paid for at the end of the year.
This allows for a flexible approach to your working hours on a weekly basis.
