The real Living Wage is more than just a number, it’s a reflection of what it truly takes to meet the cost of living. It’s a rate independently calculated based on the everyday needs of workers and their families, such as covering the weekly shop, managing utility bills, or even handling unexpected expenses like a trip to the dentist.
Why We Believe in the Real Living Wage
Becoming a Living Wage Employer wasn’t just a choice for us, it was a responsibility. The real Living Wage is voluntarily paid by over 15,000 businesses across the UK who share the belief that fair pay is a fundamental right.
